How do I make a return?Updated 9 days ago

Returns must be initiated within 28 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

How to return your item:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal.

  2. Enter your order number and postcode to locate your order.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return, specify a quantity, and choose a reason for return from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click ‘Submit Request’ to generate your returns label.

  5. Print the label, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
    You’ll receive updates on your return via email or SMS.

Refund process:
Once your return is received and processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us by clicking here.

Non-returnable items:
To qualify for a refund, products must be unworn and returned in their supplied condition with all original packaging.

Please note:

  • Any accessories provided with your purchase (e.g. USB magnetic charging cables for smart watches) must also be returned in their original condition.

  • For gift sets containing earrings, these can only be returned if the seal on the earring packaging is unbroken and the return is made within 28 days.

  • For customers taking advantage of our smart watch free strap offer, if for any reason the watch is returned, the strap must also be returned for a full refund. If the free strap is not returned with your order, the RRP of the strap will be deducted from your refund amount.
