If you’re experiencing issues creating an account or signing in as a guest within the Sekonda Smart app, this may be due to firewall restrictions or heightened security settings from your Wi-Fi provider.

To resolve this:

  • Turn off Wi-Fi on your smartphone

  • Ensure you have a strong mobile network signal

  • Try signing in again using your mobile data connection

This often resolves connectivity issues caused by restricted or filtered Wi-Fi networks.
