If your smart watch isn't functioning as expected, please ensure the following:
Check smartphone compatibility
Confirm that your smartphone’s operating system is supported by your Sekonda Smart Watch model:Flex: Android 4.4+ or iOS 9.0+
Ensure the QWatchPro app is installed and up to date
Visit the App Store or Google Play to download or update the QWatchPro app.Restart the connection
Try closing all open apps on your smartphone and then reopen the Sekonda Smart app to reconnect your watch.
