How can I make the step counter data more accurate on my smart watch?Updated 5 hours ago

Your Sekonda Smart Watch tracks steps using a motion sensor that detects wrist movement. For the most accurate step count, your wrist should move naturally as you walk.

Please keep in mind:

  • If your wrist remains still—such as when pushing a pram, walking a dog, or carrying items—the watch may not register your steps accurately.

  • To ensure consistent tracking, wear your watch securely on your non-dominant wrist, and allow your arm to swing naturally during movement.

Viewing step data in the app:
To view your daily step count, sync your smart watch with the QwatchPro app.

All data recorded on the watch resets at 12:00 a.m. each day, so it’s important to sync the app daily to avoid losing any data.

If step data still appears inaccurate after following these tips, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
