How can I turn on my message/notifications on my smart watch?Updated 5 hours ago

To enable message and notification alerts on your Sekonda Smart Watch, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure your watch is connected to the InfoWear app
    If you're not yet connected, please refer to the instruction manual below for the relevant instructions manual: 

  2. Enable notifications in the app

    • Open the InfoWear app on your smartphone.

    • Go to the “Device” section in the app menu.

    • Tap “Message push”.

    • Select the apps and alerts you’d like to receive notifications from on your smart watch.

  3. Grant notification permissions on your phone

    • Make sure you've allowed the InfoWear app to send push notifications through your phone’s settings. Without these permissions, notifications will not appear on your watch.
