How do I check the GPS signal on my smart watch?Updated a month ago

Your Sekonda Smart Watch displays GPS signal strength using a three-bar indicator at the top of the screen while searching for a signal, the bars will move or flash.

  • Once a signal is detected, the bars will turn green:

    • 1 green bar indicates a weak signal

    • 2 green bars indicate a moderate signal

    • 3 green bars indicate a strong signal

If the GPS signal is too weak, you may see the message:

"GPS signal is weak (Exercise in open area)"

This means your current location may have limited GPS coverage—often due to nearby buildings, trees, or obstructions. For better accuracy, move to a more open area such as a park or outdoor space with a clear view of the sky.
