To sync your workout data with Strava, follow these steps via the InfoWear app:

1. Open the InfoWear app on your smartphone.

2. Tap “My” at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select “Data Authorisation” and then tap “Strava”.

4. Toggle the authorisation switch to enable data sharing.

Once connected, your workout data will automatically sync with Strava after each workout session.
