How do I make my sleep data more accurate?Updated 5 hours ago

To ensure your Sekonda Smart Watch accurately records your sleep data, please follow these guidelines:

  • Wear your smart watch on your wrist before falling asleep
Sleep tracking begins automatically, but your watch must be worn securely on your wrist when you go to sleep.

  • Ensure sufficient battery charge
Your watch must remain powered on throughout the night. If the battery runs out while you're asleep, your sleep data will not be saved.

  • Tracking window
Sleep data is recorded between 21:30 (9:30 p.m.) and 12:00 (midday) the following day. Be sure to keep the watch on during this window.

  • Daily sync required
The watch resets its data each day at 12:00 a.m., so it’s important to sync your watch daily with the Sekonda Smart app to retain your sleep records.

Troubleshooting missing sleep data
If no sleep data appears after wearing your watch overnight:

  1. Unpair and re-pair your smart watch with the app

  2. Restart your watch by turning it off and then back on

  3. Try again the following night
