How do I set my step goal on my smart watch?Updated a month ago

To set or adjust your fitness goals:

  1. Open the QWatchPro app

  2. Tap the 'Me' icon

  3. Tap 'Set your targets' at the top of the screen

  4. Select the relevant target you wish to change. 

  5. Click the tick in the top right corner to save your goals. 

From here, you can customise your daily step count, distance, exercise time, sleep time and calorie goals to suit your personal fitness targets.
