How do I set my step goal on my smart watch?Updated a month ago

To set or adjust your fitness goals:

  1. Open the Sekonda Hybrid app

  2. Tap the menu icon

  3. Tap your profile name at the top of the screen

  4. Select “Goals”

From here, you can customise your daily step count, distance, and calorie goals to suit your personal fitness targets.
