If your health and activity statistics are not updating in the QWatchPro app please check the following:
Ensure the 24-Hour Heart Rate Monitoring is enabled
Open the QWatchPro app and make sure the 24HR Heart Rate switch is turned on.
Also ensure that this setting is enabled on your smart watch.
Sync your smart watch with the app
From the home screen of the QWatchPro, swipe down to manually sync your watch data with the app.
Once these steps are completed, your updated statistics should appear in the app. If the issue persists, try restarting both your watch and smartphone, and repeat the sync process.
