Why is my smart watch not connecting to the Sekonda Hybrid app?Updated 12 days ago

If you're having trouble connecting your Sekonda Smart Watch to the Sekonda Smart app, please check the following:

  • Check smartphone compatibility
    Ensure your device meets the required operating system for your watch model:

    • Hybrid : Android 8.0+ / iOS 12.0+

  • Enable Bluetooth
    Make sure your smartphone’s Bluetooth is turned on and the device is discoverable.

  • Update the Sekonda Hybrid app
    Verify that you have the latest version of the Sekonda Hybrid app installed from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Pairing tip
    If you’re still unable to connect, try placing your smart watch directly on your phone’s screen during the pairing process. This can help establish a faster and stronger Bluetooth connection.
