If you're experiencing issues with the Always-On Display feature on your Active/Motion Pro Smart Watch, follow the steps below to ensure your device is updated with the latest firmware:

1. Download the Latest Firmware via the Sekonda Pro App

  • Open the Sekonda Pro app and accept all required permissions.

  • On the welcome screen, either sign in to create an account or select “Guest” to proceed without one.

  • You’ll be prompted to enter personal information and set goals such as your daily step target.

2. Pairing Your Smart Watch

  • The app will search for nearby devices. Your watch will appear with a Bluetooth name beginning with “Sekonda”, followed by a unique combination of letters and/or numbers.

  • To confirm your watch’s name, swipe down from the watch's home screen and tap the (i) icon.

  • Tap the correct Bluetooth name from the list.

  • When prompted, tap “OK” to connect.

  • Tap “Pair” when your phone requests a Bluetooth connection to the watch.

  • Tap “Allow” to enable notifications on your watch.

3. Install the Firmware Update

  • A system message will appear prompting a firmware upgrade—tap “OK” to proceed.

  • The firmware will now begin downloading. Do not exit the app or press “Dismiss” until the update reaches 100%.

4. Complete the Setup

  • Once the update is complete, the app will display “Synced Successfully”.

  • Tap “Dismiss” to finish.

Your Active Pro Smart Watch is now fully updated and ready to use with the Always-On Display feature enabled.
