Overview

• Body temperature is a person's internal temperature. Body temperature is tracked using a built-in temperature sensor that measures the temperature at your skin. The device then uses this measurement and smart algorithms to estimate your body temperature, helping you monitor temperature trends and changes over time. Users can review their temperature history and review their daily range and average to understand their baseline. Users can also do an immediate manual measurement whilst wearing the Smart Ring.

• Normal body temperature changes throughout the day it's usually lower in the morning and higher in the late afternoon and evening. The average is around 36.5°C - 37°C, but what's normal for you may vary by a degree or more.

• Many factors can affect body temperature, including intense exercise, heat and humidity, and menstrual cycles.

• This product is not a medical device and cannot replace professional medical advice. The test results and recommendations are for reference only and should not be used for diagnosing, preventing, monitoring, treating, or alleviating any disease.

• Environmental Factors: 

Results can be affected by your surroundings. To improve accuracy: 

  • Stay still and relaxed during any manual measurements.
  • Make sure your finger is dry and free of substances like water, soap or moisturiser.
  • Wait at least 30 minutes after exercising, swimming, or moving between indoors and outdoors before measuring.
  • Avoid measuring in direct sunlight, windy conditions, or extreme temperatures.

Device Limitations: 

The device will not provide a reading if it's not being worn or if the ambient temperature is below 15°C or above 35°C.
