To maintain the health and performance of your Sekonda Smart Watch battery, please follow these important charging guidelines:

  • Charge from low to full
Charge your watch from a low battery to full capacity for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Avoid overcharging, as this may reduce battery lifespan.

  • Avoid placing metal objects on the charging base
Do not leave any metal objects on the charger for extended periods, as this can cause device failure or heat damage.

  • Charge within a safe temperature range
Only charge your smart watch in environments between 0°C and 45°C. If the temperature exceeds this range, stop charging immediately.

  • Keep all components dry
Always ensure that both the charging cable and watch are completely dry before connecting to a power source.

  • Do not charge via car or motor vehicle outlets
These power sources can be unstable and may cause damage to your watch.

  • Avoid overnight or unattended charging
For safety reasons, do not charge your watch overnight or leave it unattended while charging.

  • Use a certified power source
Charge your device using a laptop USB port or certified power adapter with a rated output of 5V/2A (CCC/CE/AL certified).
Using an uncertified adapter may result in slow charging, overheating, or reduced battery performance.

By following these steps, you can help ensure safe and efficient charging of your smart watch.
