Charging adviceUpdated an hour ago

To maintain the health and performance of your Sekonda Smart Watch battery, please follow these important charging guidelines:

  • First charge
Before using your watch for the first time, charge it for at least 2 hours using the magnetic USB cable provided.
  • Charge from low to full
Charge your watch from a low battery to full capacity. Avoid overcharging, as this may reduce battery lifespan. Typical charge time usually takes 2-2.5 hours.
  • Avoid placing metal objects on the charging cable
Do not leave any metal objects on the charger for extended periods, as this can cause device failure or heat damage.
  • Charge within a safe temperature range
Only charge your smart watch in environments between 0°C and 45°C. If the temperature exceeds this range, stop charging immediately.
  • Keep all components dry
Always ensure that both the charging cable and watch are completely dry before connecting to a power source. Do not attempt to charge the watch while it is wet.
  • Do not charge via car or motor vehicle outlets
These power sources can be unstable and may cause damage to your watch.
  • Avoid overnight or unattended charging
For safety reasons, do not charge your watch overnight or leave it unattended while charging.
  • Use a certified power source
Charge your device using a laptop USB port or certified power adapter (CCC/CE/AL certified). Do not use a charger exceeding 5V 2A.
Using an uncertified adapter may result in slow charging, overheating, or reduced battery performance.

By following these steps, you can help ensure safe and efficient charging of your smart watch.
