Connecting to StravaUpdated a month ago
Overview
- Share to Strava allows you to send your workout and activity data from the app directly to your Strava account.
Detailed Explanation
- Select and open the activity data record you want to share.
- Tap the share icon in the top right corner and select Strava to begin the sharing process.
- To automatically share exercise data from the last 15 days, toggle the switch on. If you only want to share your current activity, turn the switch off and tap the Strava icon.
- Strava may prompt you to authenticate and authorise the app to access your Strava account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete this.
- Once authorisation is complete, you'll be redirected back to the app.
- If the activity is shared successfully, you'll see a confirmation prompt: "The activity has been uploaded and synchronised with Strava."
- You can then view the uploaded activity within the Strava mobile app or on the Strava website.
Precautions
- Sharing to Strava requires an active Strava account and internet connection.
- Data shown in Strava depends on the authorisation permissions you grant — if activity data doesn't appear as expected, check the app's Strava connection settings.
