Having issues with your smart watch? Have you tried?Updated 5 hours ago

Relevant models: Active Pro & Motion Pro.

If your smart watch isn't functioning as expected, please ensure the following:

  • Check smartphone compatibility
    Confirm that your smartphone’s operating system is supported by your Sekonda Smart Watch model:

    • Active Pro: Android 7.0+ or iOS 12.0+

    • Motion Pro: Android 7.0+ or iOS 12.0+

  • Ensure the Sekonda Pro app is installed and up to date
    Visit the App Store or Google Play to download or update the Sekonda Pro app.

  • Restart the connection
    Try closing all open apps on your smartphone and then reopen the Sekonda Pro app to reconnect your watch.
