How can I turn on my message/notifications on my smart watch?Updated 6 hours ago

To enable message and notification alerts on your Sekonda Smart Watch, follow these steps:
Ensure your watch is connected to the Sekonda Smart app
If you're not yet connected, please refer to our instruction manual page.Enable notifications in the app
Open the Sekonda Smart app on your smartphone.
Go to the “Device” section in the app menu.
Tap “Message push”.
Select the apps and alerts you’d like to receive notifications from on your smart watch.
Grant notification permissions on your phone
Make sure you've allowed the Sekonda Smart app to send push notifications through your phone’s settings. Without these permissions, notifications will not appear on your watch.
If you’ve completed these steps and are still not receiving alerts, try restarting both your watch and phone, then reconnect the device via the app. Still having issues? Contact us by clicking here.
