Relevant models: Active Pro & Motion Pro.
To enable message notifications through the Sekonda Smart app:
Open the Sekonda Pro app on your smartphone.
Tap “Profile”, then select “Devices” to open your connected device’s settings.
Tap “Notifications”.
Turn on “Sync Phone Notifications” and enable the apps you wish to receive alerts from on your watch.
Make sure your watch is connected via Bluetooth and the app has the necessary permissions to access notifications.
If your watch still doesn’t turn on after extended charging with a suitable power source, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
