How to make a claim against your guaranteeUpdated 7 days ago

If your product has developed a fault and you would like us to assess it under guarantee, please complete the form below. 

Once submitted, our team will review your claim in line with our guarantee terms and determine whether a replacement can be issued - this is handled at our discretion based on the nature of the fault and the conditions of the guarantee.

Please note, if your product is within 28 days of your purchase, you will need to contact your original retailer of purchase directly. 

IMPORTANT – Not covered by Guarantee:

1. Batteries, straps and bracelets.

2. Damage caused by accident, misuse or lack of care. View our care instructions.

3. Water penetration except in watches marked as “Water Resistant”.

Please Note: 

*To process warranty/guarantee claims, we may use automated tools (including AI) to review documents you upload as proof of purchase (such as receipts, invoices, order confirmations or delivery notes). This helps us confirm eligibility and speed up our response. Your documents may be securely processed by trusted service providers acting on our behalf. The AI provides a recommendation only and a member of our team may review the outcome before a final decision is made. 

Please avoid uploading unnecessary personal or financial information (for example full payment card or bank account details). We handle all documents in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Data submitted for claim validation is not used to train AI models*.
