How long is my Sekonda watch guaranteed for?

At Sekonda we care about you getting the most out of your watch, that’s why all our watches come with a 2 year guarantee. For watches that are outside of their guarantee period, please visit your local jeweller who will be able to assist you further.

Is the Sekonda watch battery, strap and bracelet covered by the guarantee?

The Sekonda guarantee does not cover consumable or external components such as batteries, straps, or bracelets. These items may be subject to natural wear and tear and are not included in the two-year manufacturing warranty.

How to make a claim against your guarantee
