We aim to respond to your Guarantee Claim submission within 2-3 working days.
If your guarantee claim has been successful, you will need to follow the instructions provided on our approval email taking into account the 'Return Guidance' section.
Once your parcel has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 7–10 working days for our team to process your return.
After processing is complete, your replacement watch will be shipped using a signed-for delivery service to ensure it arrives safely.
We’re unable to provide updates before the 7–10 working day processing period has passed, so we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking for confirmation of delivery to us.
