My smart watch has been charging for a long time but it won't turn on.Updated 6 hours ago

If your smart watch has not been used for an extended period, the battery may require more time to recharge. This is normal and can result in a delayed response when attempting to power on the device.

To ensure effective charging:

  • Use a certified USB power adapter wherever possible, as it provides a consistent and sufficient current for charging.

  • Charging from a computer, as the USB output may deliver a lower current, which can significantly increase charging time, especially when the battery is completely drained. However, this is our recommended charging method.

If your watch still doesn’t turn on after extended charging with a suitable power source, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
