Your Sekonda Motion Go Smart Watch tracks steps by detecting the natural motion of your arm as you walk. If your arm remains still—for example, while pushing a pram, holding shopping, or walking a dog—some steps may not be recorded accurately.

The distance calculation is based on the inputted height and number of steps.

To view your steps and distance, swipe left from the home screen to open Daily Activity. This data is cleared at midnight each day, so please sync your watch with the Sekonda Move app daily to keep your records.
