Your Sekonda Active Go Smart Watch tracks steps by detecting the natural motion of your arm as you walk. If your arm remains still—for example, while pushing a pram, holding shopping, or walking a dog—some steps may not be recorded accurately.

The distance calculation is based on your inputted height and the number of steps taken.

To view your steps and distance, swipe left from the home screen to open Daily Activity. This data is cleared at midnight each day, so please sync your watch with the Sekonda Smart app daily to keep your records.
