For the most accurate readings, wear your ring on your index, middle or ring finger - these give the clearest signals. We'd also recommend your non-dominant hand, to keep wear and tear to a minimum.

The ring should be placed with the sensors situated on the underside of the finger; therefore, we have added a handy ‘placement line’ printed on the inside which shows how the ring should be positioned.

This information is provided in the set up leaflet and flags when a user downloads the smart ring app to ensure they are made aware at each touch point.
