Which finger should I be wearing the ring on?
For the most accurate readings, wear your ring on your index, middle or ring finger - these give the clearest signals. We'd also recommend your non-dominant hand, to keep wear and tear to a minimum. The ring should be placed with the sensors situated
My ring is too loose / tight
Too loose?. Try a different finger, you want it snug but comfortable. Most importantly, you don’t want it spinning around as the sensors should always be palm side. Too tight?. Remove it gently with soap and cold water to ease any swelling, then swit
