If you are not receiving calendar or email reminders, please try the following:
These alerts only support native (built-in) email and calendar apps.
Enable notifications for these apps in your phone’s settings.
Make sure you've added the correct email accounts and that notifications are working in your phone’s notification center.
Third-party apps may require enabling notifications within the Sekonda Pro app.
If you’ve tried all of the above and are still experiencing problems, please contact our customer service team for further support.
