Why can’t I receive calls on my smart watch?Updated 6 hours ago

Relevant models: Active Pro & Motion Pro.

Ensure the following:

  • Bluetooth is enabled and your watch is connected to your phone.

  • The Sekonda Pro app has permission to access Bluetooth and Location Services.

  • In the app, go to Profile → My Watch → Call and toggle Receive Calls on.

  • Maintain a strong connection (within 10 meters and with minimal obstruction).

  • Check that 'Do Not Disturb' is turned off and your watch isn't charging.
