Check smartphone compatibility
Ensure your device meets the required operating system for your watch model:- Active: Android 5.1+ or iOS 10.0+
- Active Plus: Android 7.0+ or iOS 12.0+
- Motion: Android 5.1+ or iOS 10.0+
- Motion Plus: Android 7.1+ or iOS 12.0+
- Track: Android 7.1+ or iOS 12.0+
- Connect: Android 7.0+ or iOS 12.0+
Enable Bluetooth
Make sure your smartphone’s Bluetooth is turned on and the device is discoverable.Update the Sekonda Smart app
